Its been a great summer weather wise. Scorching hot here in the northeast. Usually we may have one or two days in the 90's and it seems like the last month has been 90 ++. You can blame all this heat on me, I broke down and bought a pool this spring. I think we have gotten a lifetime's use out of it already this summer.
Hope everyone is enjoying summer and heading out to the beaches. Anyone been taking any summer vacations so far.

Wed, July 27, 2005 - 10:53 AMI live at the beach in So Cal, so I'm taking my vacation in the desert (Ha). We're going to Lake Powell, Utah next week on a houseboat, but I am concerned about how hot it might be there. Heat Stroke is only a moment away in those high temps.
Maybe I should re-think my vacation and just plop a beach chair in the sand down the block from me and call it a good day in paradise.
